The Seton Village Association is incorporated and governed by our articles, covenants, and bylaws. It's the responsibility of each member to know and follow them. It's the responsibility of the elected Board of Directors to ensure compliance, and to adopt, alter, and amend the bylaws.

Please keep in mind the Board is made up of volunteers, and the three officers have full-time jobs. We check the Board email box once a week.
